The BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment (Civil Engineering) is a Part time course at an advanced level, where a range of construction modules are studied. These include: health, safety and welfare, site surveying, sustainable construction, and Mathematics, Science and materials in construction and the built environment. This course will meet the needs of those aspiring to a professional or technical career in construction & civil engineering. The course not only serves as a route to full time employment within the industry, it is also a proven progression route to Higher Education. This may be full degree status programmes at Universities or continuation at Neath Group of Colleges studying the Higher National Certificate (HNC).
